I was just going through your questions and giving speeches. I was wondering if the question "Should Thailand's constitution be changed?" was intendended to be "Should Myanmar's constitution be changed?"

No it's Thailand although you can adapt the question for Myanmar. Currently there is a push by Thaksin Shinawatra's party to amend the Thai constitution to prevent the banning of political parties if their leaders are accused of corruption and to lift the amnesty given to military leaders who launched a coup against Shinawatra last year.
